If you are not getting signs and its showing emergency calls only on Reliance Jio sim. Then you have to call on 1800-890-1977 tollfree from any other mobile network like airtel, vodafone. After that you have to dial your registered number on IVR call. At last, you can request for sim activation by talking directly to reliance department. I have also added another trick below.
